8. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

Arman CPAs and Advisors (Arman Chowdhury, CPA, P.C.) sends text messages to people who have opted in through a form on our website with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox, or by texting us first. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, replies to your inquiries, client support, and service and account updates. If you separately agree, we may also send marketing and promotional messages.

Opt-In and Consent
